While the interviews run
Interviews happen without you, usually over days rather than in one sitting. This is what you can see while they do, and what you can add in the meantime.
Watch the material arrive
Evidence lands as your clients answer, and you find out by looking. A count appears on the client’s row; open it and the conversation drawer slides in from the right, showing question and answer pairs with the evidence Formform pulled from each, in the client’s own words.

Add what you already know
You’ll usually have material before the interviews do. A first meeting, a site visit, an email thread. Paste it in and it becomes evidence of your own, sitting beside what your clients said.

Nudge someone who hasn’t started
Some invites sit unopened. Open the invite panel and Reminder sends the nudge in one click, so you don’t have to write the awkward email yourself. The link can also be copied or sent again.

Why nothing interrupts you
All 12 partsYour clients answer on their own time because that’s the only way people answer honestly. The same reasoning runs on your side: the work arrives while you’re doing something else, and none of it needs you at the moment it lands.
